About
In this chaotic world, all that we look forward is to the moments of happiness that transpose you to a place unknown. As you immerse yourself into unhurried rendering of music, fresh smelling pages of stories about fellow humans around the world, walk through the innocence of early mornings, is when you realise the stupidity of all that you are after.
While you seek out those little moments to cherish through the concert halls , through the pages of printed matters, you would like to capture some of them to remind your constantly preoccupied mind.
The hopes aren’t satisfied always, but the quest remain , dragging you to more and more concerts and books… for those glimpses of ecstasy…for those moments of sparkle…
Splendid effeort in compiling all these classical concerts-congras
Lets hear it …..much more and much louder….
Hi,
Would appreciate if you could tell me where is Odakathur Mutt. I am assuming it’s in Ulsoor. If yes, then I know the place. Otherwise, would be great if you could give some pointers. (E-mail: shyams07@iimb.ernet.in)
Thanks and sorry about bothering.
–Shyam.
Hope things are ok … have not read any reviews lately!
It is hard to beleive that you would be simply missing
such good concerts ….
Take care
Regards
Yes, things are fine. A bit hectic these days with a lot of travel. Unable to attend concerts . Hope to get back to concert season with the Ramanavami series.

Dear Jayan,
I read with interest your posts about all the concerts you attend. Regarding violin trio concert,I have attended some when lalgudi Jayaraman himself led the trio. They were really superb.Infact the concert at seshadripuram was also of high quality.I recall one of Lalgudi trio concert of 1997 during Bangalore gayana Samaja’s conference in which lalgudi was the president.
